$25/hour with a 5 hour minimum

Cleaning fee charged if left unclean

Two couches and two chairs around a coffee table 

60 inch smart TV with HDMI, VGA, and Display Port input, as well as Apple TV
Mini fridge with bottled water
Keurig coffee maker and supplies

1 Bar height round table with black skirting
Four 6-foot long tables with black skirting or white tablecloths
12 additional chairs, total seating for 18

Seated Event: 18-20 guests

Social event/open house: 30+ guests
